VOLUNTEER AT CAMP EMANUEL
There is no better way to start off your summer than volunteering at Camp Emanuel. Our volunteers are committed to Christ first and foremost. They are also enabled to lead others, serve with excellence, have a desire to be challenged, and grow in their relationship with Christ. Volunteers have one goal in mind: we strive to serve Christ, youth, and each other.
Volunteers will also have the opportunity to grow as leaders in ministry, develop Christ-like relationships, and enjoy the fun and beauty of disconnecting from the mundane and applying themselves, their experiences, and talents for the glory of God. Don't hesitate. Some people say "I have to ask God about it..." but God’s answer is already confirmed in His Word—do good always.

Requirements.
Should be currently active in Christian ministry.
May have past experience on summer staff at Camp Emanuel or some other camping ministry.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must be at least 2 years out of high school or are at least 20 years of age for High School week Session.

Administration:
Which includes set up and tear down of activities, manual labour and maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping, retail, directing activities independently, engaging large crowds, organizing supplies, some sound tech
Video & Photography:
Social media stories, Cabin and camp wide photos for print, 2 post-camp productions videos
Counselor:
Guide 11 campers, teach daily bible lesson within cabin, prepare and aid campers for activities, show love support and empathy
Complete the online volunteer form. Within 2 weeks you will receive a confirmation with a date to have a FaceTime or meet in person to get to know you better. In the meantime, please have 3 references in mind, that we require signature from on your official volunteer application.
